The condition does not bring much value to her as usually Attack Type champions are built with close to 100% Critical Rate for consistent damage for all 3 rounds of the battle in Campaign, Dungeons, and Doom Tower Boss Raids. It boosts this champion’s Critical Rate by 20% while under Veil buff when attacking with this ability.
Sai Assassin (A1 Skill) is the default attack of Umetogi that attacks an enemy twice. To obtain Umetogi from the event, you need to fuse Itinerant, Castigator, Misericord and Ordinator. Umetogi was released on December 2021 in Patch 5.00 as part of Tatura Rimehide Christmas Champion Fusion Event. Umetogi is an Epic Attack Magic champion from Shadowkin faction in Raid Shadow Legends.
